Completed in 1999, the $13-million Eaton Hall houses state-of-the-art biology and chemistry laboratories, faculty offices, and three research labs dedicated for student use. This four-story technological marvel allows faculty and future scientists to take their science to a new level.

Eaton Hall has won two awards: the 1999 Craftsmanship Award for mechanical pipe installation from the Building Congress, an Exchange of Metropolitan Baltimore, Inc., and the Regional Technology Award for System Design from the Baltimore Metropolitan Chapter of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers.
