McDaniel College

Common Ground Summer Programs

Explore interdisciplinary studies, spend time with visiting scholars, artists, film makers, and musicians and study with McDaniel faculty in a non-traditional setting.

Common Ground on the Hill, in residence at McDaniel College, is built around the community of musicians, artists, dancers, poets, and scholars that assemble each year during July for Common Ground’s Tradition Weeks.  Common Ground courses, like all courses at McDaniel College are academically rigorous, while allowing students to try new things, acquire new perspectives, and have a bit of an adventure as well.
