Student Billing FAQ's

On this page:

Q. Is it necessary to have an ID Card? If so, where do I get one?
A. Your ID card (aka the ALLcard) is a declining balance debit card. It is necessary to gain admittance into the dining hall, to check out books from the library, to cash checks at the Bursar's office and to gain admittance into campus functions. You may acquire an ID card from the ID Office next to the Dining Hall (410-857-2730).

Q. How do I remove the Health Insurance Charge from my Tuition Account?
A. A student Health Insurance fee of approximately $350.00 is charged to all full-time students each academic year. If you have your own insurance and wish to cancel the College's plan, you must complete the a waiver by the 2nd week of the semester.  You can complete the waiver by going to the Insurance Info/Waiver page.

Q. Can I pay my bill in installments on an interest-free payment plan?
A. Undergraduates may enroll, reenroll or learn more about the interest-free payment plan from Tuition Management Systems or by calling (800) 722-4867.

Graduate Students may enroll in a monthly payment plan by filling out the Graduate Tuition Contract.  Print the application and submit it, with your enrollment fee, to the Bursar's Office before classes begin.

Q. Where do I get a Parking Permit? Can I park in the Faculty/Staff Parking Lots?
A. Undergraduate parking registration is available to upperclassmen through the Campus Safety website under Parking Registration.  The annual cost is $100. Permits are issued at the Department of Campus Safety upon presentation of vehicle identification documents.

Graduate students are automatically charged $25 per semester if enrolled in an on-campus course (excluding internships).  The permits are distributed in postcard form to your home address.

You may not park in Faculty/Staff parking lots between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, only in designated student lots. Please check with Campus Safety regarding legal parking lots and picking up parking permits.
