A. EPE majors have varied options. Here are some positions that our current alumni hold:

• Athletic traine, athletic director, college professor, FBI agent, motor development specialist, physical therapist, sports information director, vice principal, elementary PE teacher, bank president, surgeon, fitness consultant, YMCA executive, PGA teaching professional, college coach

Q. What are the volunteer or special opportunities in this department?
A. McDaniel athletic training room/Westminster Boys, Girls Clubs, Carroll Hospital Center, Carroll Lutheran Retirement Village, Carroll County schools, numerous local PT and rehab clinics.

Q. Can I major in EPE and still study abroad?
A. Definitely, if you are an EPE major. Students who minor in education however, may require an extra semester to complete certification.

Q. How could I decide if I might like EPE?
A. Do you like sports? Do you enjoy exercising and the benefits that an active lifestyle presents? If your answer is yes, then consider a liberal arts program that focuses on those concepts and issues.
