The Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs (ODMA), functions under the administration of the Academic Affairs Office. ODMA primarily assists culturally underrepresented students in their endeavors to promote diversity within the college community. Working with student organizations, ODMA encourages learning and appreciation of diversity both locally and globally.

ODMA fosters a diverse and culturally enlightened community based on mutual respect and understanding. We are particularly committed to the academic and personal support of underrepresented students. We believe that for students to grow cognitively and affectively, we must provide a diverse environment that fosters critical dialogue and reflection, while valuing and appreciating differences.
