"Popular Romance in the New Millennium" November 10 and 11, 2011
Funded by a gift from the Nora Roberts Foundation, this international conference will feature a keynote address by Professor Mary Bly, who, as Eloisa James, writes NY Times bestselling romances, as well as more than 20 presentations on the business of, the writing of, and the interpretation of popular romance.  A special focus of the conference will be romance pedagogy--teaching popular romance in college classes.
