Students in the Honors Program can now take part in a special Honors study abroad semester at the University of Glasgow in Scotland. As part of their studies, students will complete an Honors course on The Scottish Enlightenment: Ideals and Influences as well as other courses from the University in the areas of their choice. While Honors students can already earn credit for one Honors elective just for studying abroad, the Scottish Enlightenment course counts as a second Honors elective.
This link provides general information about the program and the application process.
Students who are interested in pursuing this opportunity should stop by the International Programs Office in Hill Hall 105 to meet with the Director of International and Off-Campus Study, Rose Falkner, to discuss program options and the application process.
