Research and Teaching Interests: Dr. Johnson-Ross is currently working on two research projects. One involves a continuing study of Anglophone political identity in Cameroon and the relationship between political identity and strength of affiliation with the state. The second is entitled “The Power of Cool” and explores the continuing significance of Africanisms in the United States. Other interests include:
