McDaniel College offers two resources to help faculty comply with federal regulations for research involving human subject or vertebrate animals. The College administers an Institutional Review Board (IRB) to aid faculty in conducting research with human participants and an Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) to support faculty engaged in research involving vertebrate animals.
