I get up at 4:45 a.m. I go to the gym and run to get my brain going. I get in by 6:45 or 7.
- Last week was a pretty good week. I met Jane Seymour; she was in the studio. I interviewed Elvis Costello and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York.
- My very first on-air job was in Westminster with Prestige Cablevision. It’s where I had my internship.
- As an intern I was only supposed to be there the first day for two hours; I ended up being there eight hours and loved it. I just thought: This is it.
- I love to write, I love journalism. I love to know what’s going on. You’re a witness to history.
