This track is recommended for students intent on furthering their education in a graduate program in Art History. Required courses include History of Western Art 1113 and 1114 and five additional courses in Art History, two of which must be Non-Western, Special Art History Topics or Special Studies in Art History. Classes are also required in History. Students should consider taking at least two years of a foreign language (German or French), and a semester abroad is recommended.
