Welcome and thank you for your interest in recruiting at McDaniel College.

Career Services is happy to serve as liaison between you and McDaniel students and alumni as you seek to advertise your job and internship openings. Our students gain a solid liberal arts foundation that develops their abilities to write clearly, respond creatively, speak well, and think critically.

We offer organizations numerous opportunities throughout the year to interact with our many talented students and graduates. Our comprehensive services will help you identify, recruit, and hire the best candidate.

Services for employers include:

GT Job Connection our online job, internship and resume database.

Job Fairs where you can connect with McDaniel’s diverse student body and graduates.

Companies on Campus (On-Campus Recruitment Program) allow you to meet one on one with applicants in our interview rooms. Program dates are available in September, October, November, February, March and April. We take care of the details.

Information Tables are a convenient way for your company to share information and career opportunities with students in an informal setting. Tables are usually set up in the Decker College Center.
