Take I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) to Exit 19 onto I-795 North (Northwest Expressway), continue to its completion. From Penn Station
Follow Charles Street north, then go left on North Ave. Proceed for about four blocks and drive over bridge. Follow signs to Interstate 83 north.
