Dr. Jasna Meyer has a B.A. in English from Fontbonne University in St. Louis, and a M.A. and Ph.D. in Speech Communication from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Her specialties are intercultural communication, language in social interaction, and gender communication. She is the co-author of the book "Croatia, Hrvatska: The Country and the Language". Her hobbies include spending time in southern Croatia, traveling, reading, enjoying art and theatre, and swimming in the Adriatic Sea.
