The EPE Department annually awards the Richard A. Clower Award for Academic Excellence in Exercise Science and Physical Education to a graduating senior.  Recent winners of this award are:

The department often selects an outstanding student to be recognized as the NASPE Major of the Year by the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance. Recent winners of this award are:
