McDaniel sweeps Bryn Mawr in soccer, field hockey and volleyball
In Centennial Conference (CC) women’s soccer Sept. 22, Brittany Baer ’10 recorded two goals and assisted on two more to lead McDaniel to a 4-0 win over Bryn Mawr. McDaniel returns to action at 4 p.m. Sept. 27 at home against Lebanon Valley.

“Playboy of the Western World,” written by J.M. Synge, tells the story of Christy Mahon, a man who claimed to a group at a pub that he brutally murdered his father with a hoe. Rather than condemn the killing, the locals enjoy the story and call him a hero. » Full Story
First-year student becomes mentor
Each Tuesday started the same way, with Stephen Sauve ’11 kicking a ball around the playground at an Annapolis community center with the Traveling Tuesday volunteer group. Soon, a child or two would snatch the ball away, and the fun would officially start. Kids were everywhere, jumping on Sauve’s back, holding their hands over his eyes and getting a wild ride as he stumbled around. » Full Story
