Dr. Robert J. Trader, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, specializes in the design of messages to increase cognitive learning outcomes. Dr. Trader is particularly interested in how new technology can be used to enhance human communication through visual representations of data, information, and knowledge. Dr. Trader is the co-author of two books published in Japan: Making Progress with the TOEIC Test (2006) and Baby Talk (2008). Both are available through amazon.co.jp. Dr. Trader is the faculty adviser for Lambda Pi Eta, the Communication honor society.
