Join us on a winery tour and tasting as we venture to Linganore Winery in Mt. Airy. The tour will leave at 1:15 p.m. from in front of Harrison House. Both tour and tasting are free of charge – wine will be available for purchase at the winery. Coach bus transportation will be provided by the College.

Golf Scramble, 8 a.m.
Register early for the ever popular Clarence H. Bennett Alumni and Faculty Golf Scramble on the campus golf course. Sign-in begins at 8:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Since golf carts and positions are limited, spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Pull carts will be available the day of the tournament. Complimentary continental breakfast and snacks will be available. If no partner or foursome is listed on the registration form, you will be paired with other participants.

Professors Kelly Halimeda Kilbourne and Brett McMillan discuss the environmental realities of climate change. Robert Morris ’68, author of "The Owl and Oak”, will join the College scientists to discuss the activism of climate change.

Visit the William Roberts McDaniel display and learn more about his history with - and dedication to - the Hill. Stop by the display of historic aerial views of the campus.

Annual Senior Investiture and Honors Convocation

At this traditional campus event, the president of the McDaniel senior class, as the symbolic representative of her peers, will be invested in academic regalia, and students are recognized for their outstanding achievements. Also announced are the distinguished professor of the year and outstanding alumni to include: Dr. M. James Kaufman ’91, Director, Governmental Affairs, John Hopkins Institutions; and Dr. Barbara Payne Shelton ’70, former Professor/Program Coordinator, Early Childhood Leadership, Villa Julie College.

Instructions
1. Fill out the registration form by the April 15, 2008, deadline. Indicate the events you plan to attend and the number of people (adults & children) attending the event, even those without a fee. Events are complimentary if there is no fee listed. It is important that we have accurate counts to provide the best weekend for you.

2. Calculate the total cost by multiplying the number of people attending by the cost of the event. Add up the event totals.

3. Submit your registration and fees in one of the following ways:

Registration Information

•  Annual Fund Gift: Make your gift to the Annual Fund BEFORE April 1, and receive a FREE gift at registration on Reunion Weekend.
•  Final deadline for registration is April 15, 2008.
•  The last day to make cancellations or reservation changes and receive a refund is April 22, 2008.
•  If we do not receive your registration by the deadline, we cannot guarantee a space at events.
•  Please register for yourself and your guest(s) only. Please do not register for other alumni.

Cancellation Information
Please notify the Office of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving of any changes or cancellations to your registration by April 22, 2008. There will be no refunds made after this date.

Class Memorabilia
If you have memorabilia to share at your class dinner, please let us know at registration. Items will be displayed during your class dinner and returned to you.


Reunion Awards

Meet the challenge of those class rivalries by joining in with classmates to win one or all six awards. It’s easy - make a gift and volunteer for your alma mater. Winning classes are presented with awards crafted of fine crystal and accompanied by an engraved plaque noting class year. After presentation and celebration at the President’s State of the College Address at 2 p.m. Saturday, the award-winning classes will be featured on the College’s web site and the awards will be on permanent display in Harrison House.
