Certification in Educational Administration
Graduate and Professional Studies offers a program for educators seeking administrator certification from the states of Maryland or Pennsylvania.

Students must hold a master's degree to enter the program. The certification program is avialable at McDaniel’s Westminster campus or at the College’s off-campus locations in the region (PDF).

Certification is the domain of the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE).

Admission Requirements

  • Application for graduate study
  • $50 application fee
  • Valid teaching certificate
  • Official transcript verifying completion of bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • Offical transcript verifying completion of master's degree from an accredited college or university
