Mike is responsible for oversight of all facets of campus safety services and their delivery  to the campus community, as well as for compliance with all federal and state regulations related to services provided. The Director also serves as a liaison between college constituencies and external public safety agencies.

Special Services Manager
Josh Bronson, ‘01

In addition to directly supervising patrol officers, Josh oversees the computer-based records in the department and provides expertise during investigations in which computer forensics skills are needed.  Josh also serves as the lead investigator for significant cases falling under DoCS jurisdiction.

Operations Manager
Marlon "Chris" Collins

In addition to directly supervising a team of patrol officers, Chris manages daily operations and monitors the quality of services delivered.  Some of his collateral duties include scheduling of all DoCS uniformed personnel, serving as the non-voting chair of the student staffed Parking Appeal Committee, and overseeing the training of new officers.

Community Policing Coordinator
Jeremy Sherfey ‘06

As a Sergeant, Jeremy provides direct supervision to a team of patrol officers.  Additionally, Jeremy provides leadership in DoCS community policing efforts which include educational programming and community awareness.  Jeremy also currently oversees Emergency medical services.

Department of Campus Safety Office Manager
Ann Campbell
acampbell@mcdaniel.edu
Ann oversees the delivery of all services by DoCS dispatchers in contacts with the public and campus community members.  Ann also ensures the “business” aspects of DoCS are tended to, managing things like purchasing, student account transactions, and parking recordkeeping.
