Secretary, Teacher Professional Development Office & NCATE in GRADUATE & PROFESSIONAL STUDIES
Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience beginning with a minimum of rate of $11.00 per hour/35 hours per week.

Reporting to the Administrative Assistant. The office for the Teacher Professional Development Office & NCATE is responsible for providing effective and responsive support for all facets of the day-to-day operations of the office. Duties include but are not limited to: processing candidates for admission to education programs, preparing contracts for cooperating teachers, compiling and aggregating program evaluation data, maintaining databases and generating reports, maintaining the education department website and coordinating NCATE exhibit setup.
High school diploma required with a minimum of three years in an educational setting preferred. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to work independently required. Knowledge of Colleague or similar system and advanced computer knowledge including word processing and database management preferred.
