What appealed to you about graduate study at McDaniel?
I did a lot of research prior to selecting a graduate program. When I discovered the Master's in HRD from McDaniel, and investigated the program, it was a fit for me. I also think what influenced my decision was cost, reputation and the cohort model.

How will a graduate degree from McDaniel help you reach your goals?
The program has already helped me transition to a new career path. I have completed most of the program and already I have a new job as a Director of Human Resources. I believe that I am about one or two years ahead of my personal growth plan.

Why would you recommend McDaniel to other students, especially those seeking a degree in your field?
The support and encouragement of Program Coordinator Kathy Bovard is exceptional, and the cohort experience is very positive. I have and will continue to recommend the HRD program.
