Coaches supervise exercises at the Leadership in Global Enterprise Residencies, interpreting and reporting the 360-degree evaluation between the LGE Certificate students and their workplaces, providing a connection between the leadership assessments, residencies, and each of the four courses in the graduate/postgraduate certificate program.
