Enrollment Certification
To request a Letter of Certification of Enrollment, please provide the Registrar's Office with the following information:
  1. Student's FULL name
  2. Social Security Number
  3. Applicable information to be stated in the letter
  4. Name & address where the letter is to be mailed or name & fax number
  5. Mail or fax this information to:

If you have a form to be completed, please mail or fax it to the above address to be certified. Please include a note stating to whom the letter should be returned (either the sender or the company requesting the information).

Please allow 2 to 3 days turnaround time from the date of receipt in the Registrar's Office.
