The first thing you should know: we’re easy to find, just 30 miles northwest of Baltimore and 56 miles north of Washington, D.C.

Second: you’re welcome almost anytime — but you’ll get the most out of your trip to McDaniel if you plan ahead. Reservations are required for our walking tours and our summer information sessions. (A little inspiration: we waive your application fee if you visit before applying!)

And, finally: you’ll love what you see… rolling lawns and a killer view of the sun setting over the Catoctin Mountains, historical and modern buildings, a nine-hole golf course, a quintessentially college-friendly hometown.
