Leadership Institute

The Leadership Institute is designed to help prepare our students to be leaders in the 21st Century and beyond. Organizational officers along with first/second year students will go through intensive training during an overnight retreat and meet once a month in the Hoover Library Board room, the same room in which our trustees meet. Student leaders are expected to be dressed in appropriate business attire and are exposed to a set of core competencies that they will be able to attach to their resumes in the form of a Leadership Transcript. An additional goal is to identify and develop new leadership among our students and also help our current student leaders to compete locally and globally.
