In non-conference football action Oct. 21, Brad Baer ’07 completed 22 of 36 passes for a season-high 235 yards, including a pair of touchdowns, to lead McDaniel to a second half comeback and a 24-14 victory over Randolph-Macon. McDaniel returns to action 1 p.m. Oct. 28 at Franklin &
Marshall College.
In CC field hockey action Oct. 21, Carolanne Bianco ’07 scored two goals for McDaniel in a 4-2 victory over Haverford College. The Green Terror (9-7, 6-2 CC), who by virtue of the victory and a 3-1 Muhlenberg College win over Swarthmore College, earned a spot in the upcoming CC tournament, scored the first three goals of the game, beginning at the
9:52 mark in the first half. McDaniel, who can assure itself a first-round bye in the tournament with one more win, is back in action 4 p.m. Oct. 25 at Johns Hopkins University.
In CC volleyball action Oct. 21, Kristie Fourcade ’09 posted 21 assists and 12 digs for McDaniel in a 3-2 loss to Haverford College. The Green Terror returns to action 7 p.m. Oct. 25 at Johns Hopkins University.
In CC women’s soccer action Oct. 21, Ursinus College scored a 1-0 victory over McDaniel. McDaniel returns to action 4 p.m. Oct. 26 at the College of Notre Dame.
In CC men’s soccer Oct. 21, Swarthmore College scored twice in a 10-minute span to record a 2-0 victory over McDaniel. The Green Terror, who needs to win both of its remaining conference games to assure itself a spot in the CC tournament, returns to action at home 3:30 p.m. Oct. 24 against Lancaster Bible College.
At the Gettysburg Cross-Country Invitational Oct. 14, five McDaniel runners finished with new personal bests, leading the Green Terror to a pair of 12th-place showings. The Green Terror returns to action Oct. 28 the CC championship hosted by Dickinson College. The women’s race begins at 11 a.m. with the men’s race to follow at 12 p.m.
