First-year students are housed in Daniel MacLea Hall if they deposit by May 1st. Upperclassmen may choose rooms in Honors housing by lottery upon availability. Affinity housing requires students to create, plan, and participate in housing activities.
Living in Honors Program affinity housing is a privilege, and is conferred upon Honors students who express commitment and devotion to the ideals of the Honors Program. As such, Honors students are expected to complete a minimum number of community service hours each semester as a demonstration of their commitment.
