We would like to alleviate your concerns by presenting you with clear information about the financial aid process. Our goal is to make a McDaniel College education as affordable as possible. On these pages we have attempted to anticipate your questions about the types of financial aid, eligibility criteria, application procedures, and financing options. We have included links to other helpful Web sites and online versions of application materials and other forms you may need.
Did you know. . . .
90 percent of McDaniel students receive some form of financial aid.
The College awards more than $22 million each year through our scholarship and grant programs. We are able to provide this level of support due in part to the generosity of alumni and friends of McDaniel College who make gifts specifically for student aid.
Mission Statement
The Financial Aid Office is committed to providing financial resources to students who would otherwise be unable to attend McDaniel College, while ensuring that the principles of fairness and equity are upheld. The office assists students and families with understanding, navigating, and successfully completing the process of securing educational funding to attend McDaniel.
