The Network, established in 2005, consists of alumnae and friends who are committed to advancing women as organizational and philanthropic leaders at the College and beyond. The Network offers programs and service opportunities that provide for the personal and professional growth of its members and of the broader community of McDaniel women. An Advisory Council provides overall leadership and directions for the Network.

We seek to expand the Network with women who are committed to and willing to support the Network's mission including, but not limited to:
- Mentoring alumnae and/or current students.
- Serving as a resource to women in the McDaniel community.
