To set the screen saver on a Mac:

Save the .jpg image in a folder all by itself.
Go to Apple menu / System Preferences.
Click on Desktop & Screen Saver.
Go to Screen Saver tab.
At bottom of list, click the + and select  Add Folder of Pictures…
Navigate to the folder with the image and click Choose.
The folder should now appear in the list of Screen Savers.  Select it.  Make sure that “Start screen saver” is set to what you want.  Close the window.

To set the screen saver on a Windows PC:

Save the .jpg image in a folder by itself.
Go to Start / Control Panel.  Double click on Display.
Go to the Screen Saver tab.
Set Screen Saver to My Pictures Slideshow.
Click on Settings.  Under Use pictures in this folder, click on Browse and select the folder with the image.
Make sure the other settings on the screen saver tab are what you want, then click OK.
