McDaniel down Muhlenberg in CC opener
ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Taylor Herrgott (Derwood, Md./Magruder) recorded 13 kills, leading McDaniel to a 3-0 win over Muhlenberg in Centennial Conference (CC) volleyball action on Saturday.
The Green Terror (4-4, 1-0 CC) downed the Mules (5-5, 0-1 CC) by game scores of 30-15, 30-23 and 30-22.
Kristen Nuckles (Sussex, Va./Nansemond-Suffolk Academy) tallied 26 assists and three service aces while Deanne Lehr (New Oxford, Pa./Bermudian Springs) and Alice Hardwick (Poolesville, Md./Poolesville) recorded 17 digs apiece.
McDaniel returns to action at home against Trinity (D.C.) on Thursday. Match time is 7 p.m.
