McDaniel downs Bryn Mawr to record third straight sweep
WESTMINSTER, Md. – Lanni Reisinger (Lemoyne, Pa./Cedar Cliff) recorded 10 kills, two service aces and five digs to lead McDaniel to a 3-0 win over Bryn Mawr in Centennial Conference (CC) volleyball action on Saturday.
Katie Seibel (Finksburg, Md./Westminster) added a team-high 13 kills to help propel the Green Terror (6-4, 2-0 CC) to the win.
McDaniel needed three games to win its third consecutive match, downing the Owls (8-3, 0-3 CC) by game scores of 30-20, 30-18and 30-10.
Alice Hardwick (Poolesville, Md./Poolesville) led the defense with 11 digs while Deanne Lehr (New Oxford, Pa./Bermudian Springs) added seven. Lehr also had seven kills.
Kristin Nuckles (Sussex, Va./Nansemond-Suffolk Academy) recorded 23 assists.
McDaniel returns to action at Susquehanna on Wednesday. Match time is 7 p.m.
