Join our Graduate Admissions Team and College experts to learn how McDaniel can make earning your master’s degree more attainable than you may think.
Each Open House will include two 20-30 minute presentations that cover a hot topic or challenge facing today’s graduate students, ranging from how McDaniel can meet your needs, to financing your education and managing a school, work and life balance.
Additionally, you’ll meet one-on-one with our admissions consultants to discuss your personal needs and goals.

Choosing the right graduate school and program is like buying a new car. There are so many brands, models, options and price points that it can become overwhelming.
Dr. Henry Reiff, Dean of Graduate and Professional Studies, will help you take the guess work out of the process. Dr. Reiff’s presentation will address how McDaniel fits the needs of busy working adults, along with program quality, career implications and advancement, flexible delivery options and what makes McDaniel special.
Dr. Reiff’s presentation will be offered from 5:30-6:00 p.m. and again from 6:30-7:00 p.m. Prior to and following the presentations, participants will have time to meet with our admissions staff for one-on-one consultations. Presentation participants in each session will be entered into a raffle for a Barnes & Noble gift card. You must be present to receive the gift card.

You’ve decided that pursuing a graduate program is important to you. Now… how do you pay for it?
Ms. Ellie Geiman, Associate Director of Financial Aid will walk you through the various ways that graduate students like you, can finance their education. Financing methods will include: scholarships, loans, tuition remission and tuition reimbursement through a student’s employer. Ms. Geiman’s presentation will help you to understand the pros and cons of each method and provide a solid understanding of how these payment methods can work for you.

Ms. Crystal Perry, Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Management, is also a full-time graduate student, a mother, a coach and community volunteer. How does she manage it all? Ms. Perry will be sharing her insight and experiences along with the time-management secrets that allow her to maintain balance, success and sanity in all aspects of her life.
