McDaniel College

Office of Academic & Government Grants
Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Academic & Government Grants is to assist all members of McDaniel College in securing external support of research and teaching by providing the expertise necessary to assure that proposals conform to McDaniel College policies and procedures and sponsoring agency regulations. Our main responsibility is to work with members of the College community to compose in a timely manner a grant portfolio that is complete, competitive, and in compliance with internal and external guidelines. The menu on the right provides links to help with the entire life cycle of a grant award, from the initial stages of finding the right grant through the intermediary stages of proposal preparation and submission and finally onto the advanced stages of post-award compliance with budgetary guidelines and research regulations. We work to support your research and teaching activities while assuring careful administration of external funds. Our focus always remains on protecting the rights of the individual investigator and of McDaniel College. Please do not hesitate to contact us with comments or questions.
