Mission

The mission of the Career Services office is to provide quality programs, services and resources designed to assist McDaniel students and alumni identify and pursue careers that combine their values, interests, skills, and personality.

We seek to empower our students and alumni by providing the career planning and job search tools necessary to compete in the global workforce.

We are committed to providing a welcoming space and innovative approaches that help students to:

Engage in self discovery and assessment
Explore educational, occupational and training information
Create goals and make career decisions
Develop job seeking skills
Participate in experiential learning opportunities
Connect with employers and McDaniel College alumni

We achieve this mission through our First Principles and by developing partnerships with faculty, student organizations, community members, and employers.
