McDaniel basketball pins Centennial season’s hope on Saturday games

Both men’s and women’s basketball teams face off at Gettysburg on Sat., Feb. 21 in final regular-season games. Green Terror men play at 2 p.m.; women at 4 p.m.
Green Terror men (18-6, 13-4 CC) scored a 66-54 win over Johns Hopkins in Centennial Conference men’s basketball Feb. 18 and a win Saturday coupled with an F&M loss at Dickinson will send postseason playoffs to Gill Center for the first time in College history.
The Centennial women's basketball playoff chase will go down in the books as one of the tightest in the Conference's 16-year history with five teams contenting for playoff spots. McDaniel women (3-10, 1-6 CC) currently hold a half-game lead on four other teams.
