ROTC cadets to be recognized at presidential review

Cadets from the Green Terror Battalion will be recognized for excellence as students, soldiers and citizens at the 88th annual President’s Review for Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps at 12:15 p.m. April 21 on campus in Baker Memorial Chapel.

The event is free and open to the public.

The 102 cadets from McDaniel, Mount St. Mary’s and Hood College will receive awards from ROTC as well as from local chapters of organizations, including the Sons and Daughters of the American Revolution, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the Military Order of Foreign Wars and the Supreme Council of the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry. When they graduate in May, 17 members of the Green Terror Battalion, nine from McDaniel, will be commissioned second lieutenants.
