Giving Back

From the moment they step foot on the Hill, our students set out on a journey to discover who they are meant to be. Every day they soar higher, propelled by their own power and also by those who lift them along the way—our alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents and friends. And as they soar, McDaniel does too.

As we continue to navigate the unprecedented challenges brought by COVID-19, many in our community have asked how they can help students who have been adversely impacted. We are so humbled and grateful that so many continue to think of our students even as they face disruptions in their own lives.

The Emergency Relief Fund has been established to provide financial support to students who are negatively impacted by economic circumstances outside their control. In the short-term, the fund will be used to provide need-based grants to students impacted by COVID-19.  If you feel compelled, gifts can be made to support the Emergency Relief Fund
