- The office of Multiculturalism presents “African Resurrection,” West African dance and drum, at 12:30 p.m. April 10 in Memorial Plaza. In case of rain, the event will be held in the Forum at Decker Center.
- The “Tile Wall Project: Reflection ME/WE” will be held from 2:30-4:30 p.m. April 10 in Ensor Lounge, Decker Center. Participants will be asked to make tiles for a mural. Tile-making will continue 1-3 p.m. April 11 and 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. April 12 and 13. The project will be unveiled at 5 p.m. April 14 in Kriel Lounge, Decker Center.
- Donald Trump’s season four apprentice Randall Pinket will present “The Illusion of Full Inclusion: Valuing Diversity Within Youth Culture” at 7 p.m. April 10 in Decker Auditorium, Lewis Hall of Science.
- The Office of Multiculturalism presents a Martial Arts workshop at 11:45 a.m. April 11 in Decker Center’s Gold Room A.
- The film “Hotel Rwanda” will air at 7 p.m. April 11 in Decker Auditorium, Lewis Hall of Science.
- “Communicating through Differences,” a fair featuring different ways of communicating (foreign languages, ASL, art, etc.) will be held 11:30 a.m. -1:30 p.m. April 12 in Ensor Lounge, Decker Center.
- The GLBTQ (Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Questioning) Discussion panel at 7 p.m. April 12 in McDaniel Lounge will feature perspectives from a parent and friend as well as the gay and straight communities.
- Taste breads from around the world at 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. April 13 in Ensor Lounge, Decker Center.
- Kani Xulam presents “The Kurds, the Turks, the Europeans and the Americans: Do they mean the same thing when they say freedom?” at 2 p.m. April 13 in Decker Auditorium Lewis Hall of Science.
- The spoken word poetry group El Grito De Poetas (Scream of the Poets) will perform at 8 p.m. April 13 in McDaniel College’s Ensor Lounge, Decker Center. The New York based group uses spoken-word poetry to advocate for Latinos. El Grito De Poetas formed last March, and this will be their first performance in Maryland.
- A non-denominational spiritual service will be held in (Little) Baker Chapel from 7 a.m.- 4 p.m. April 14.
- Enjoy an Open Mike, novelties, vendors and fun at the Unity Fair noon-4 p.m. April 14 in Memorial Plaza.
- The Cultural Passport Program Reception will be held 4-5p.m. April 14 in Ensor Lounge Decker Center.
