Reason #2 – Jan Term
At McDaniel, January Term really is the most wonderful time of the year. During these three weeks you can immerse in an intensive — and often unusual — course of study that offers the chance to explore something new, take on an internship, or study abroad. One Jan Term is included in your tuition, although plenty of McDaniel students keep coming back for more. You might take a course in Latinos in Hollywood, debate politics in Cameroon or snorkel and dive off a remote Bahamian island.
