McDaniel is hosting a special Celebration Day to recognize the accomplishments of the Class of 2020 here on the Hill.

Dear McDaniel Class of 2020,

  • We remain committed to celebrating you. We will salute your achievements on what would have been your May 23 Commencement day. Full schedule for the Class of 2020 Celebration Day is below.
  • The Class of 2020 will also be celebrated throughout the week of May 18 with a variety of activities as part of a virtual senior week. Cheer on the Class of 2020 by sharing photos or messages using #McDaniel20.
  • An in-person Commencement ceremony for the Class of 2020 will take place next Spring on campus on the same date as Commencement for the Class of 2021. Additional details will be forthcoming.

Virtual Phi Beta Kappa Induction Ceremony

May 5 at 7 p.m.

The Phi Beta Kappa Society is the nation’s oldest academic honor society. It has chapters at 283 colleges and universities in the United States and more than half a million members throughout the country. The Delta of Maryland Chapter of the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa national honor society will induct 28 new members from McDaniel College during a members-only ceremony.
