Jazz Night at McDaniel College is Thursday, May 4, 7 p.m

WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel College students perform during Jazz Night on Thursday, May 4, 7 p.m. The concert, which is free and open to the public, takes place in Decker Center Forum at McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, Md.

Directed by Tim Jenkins, music lecturer at McDaniel, Jazz Night features diverse styles of jazz, including classic big band swing, bebop, Latin, Funk, Jazz-rock and classic blues. 

Selections include “Norwegian Wood” by John Lennon and Paul McCartney, “Spinning Beach Ball of Death” and Cold Comfort” by Bo Eckard, “After Trespass” and “HP” by Tim Jenkins and “Untitled Blues” by Josh Ellis, among others.
