McDANIEL COLLEGE STUDENTS PERFORM IN THE STUDENT VOICE AND PIANO RECITAL
Student Voice and Piano Recital is Friday, Nov. 17, 7 p.m., in Levine Recital Hall
WESTMINSTER, Md. – McDaniel College students perform in the Student Voice and Piano Recital on Friday, Nov. 17, 7 p.m. The performance, which is free and open to the public, takes place in Levine Recital Hall at McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, Md.
The recital features McDaniel students performing vocal and piano solos of musical selections spanning classical to contemporary.
Students performing are Jehan Silva, senior from Gaithersburg, Md., who will sing "Being Alive" from Stephen Sondheim’s “Company,” Laurissa Steinsberger, senior from Waldorf, Md., who will sing "Als Louise die Briefe hired ungetreuen Liebhabers verbrannte" by Mozart and "Moonfall" from “The Mystery of Edwin Drood” by Rupert Holmes, and Su Kim, sophomore from Frederick, Md., who will play two Bagatelles by Alexander Tcherepnin and excerpts from "Sonata Op. 10, No. 1" by Beethoven.
