Music
Linda Kirkpatrick

I am the director of both the McDaniel College Concert Band and Westminster Symphony Orchestra, as well as the advisor/conductor of the Flute Choir Club. The WSO is populated by McDaniel students, Carroll Community College students, faculty from both institutions, and community members. Your musical performance experience at McDaniel College will be quite different from your high school years: join us and continue making music playing professional level repertoire!

My professional interests include arranging flute choir music and guest conducting various ensembles; I currently have nine published flute choir arrangements. I am also an avid gardener and foodie, and frequently invite students to our home for a gourmet meal – just another reason to play in the band or orchestra!
