Interviewing Day at McDaniel College made speed dating look like slow motion. More than 20 employers — many represented by alumni — held 168 interviews in three hours with 54 Accounting, Business Administration, Economics and Finance students.
After two, three or even four 20-minute interviews, the sophomores, juniors and seniors often receive offers of internships and second interviews for jobs — but most of all, they make valuable connections.
