Catch a breeze and read The Hill

June 27, 2008

The summer issue of The Hill magazine delivers a breath of fresh air, with plenty of stories to entertain while you kick back and relax. Read about Ron and Joan Garvin and their extended family, who moved from three different states to set down roots together in Vermont. Be stirred by the artistry of high-end wooden spoon sculptor Norm Sartorius. And learn something from Jim Kaufman, who proves that lobbyists can also be good guys.

Look for your copy in mailboxes soon. Don’t forget to participate in our new Letters to the Editor section. Tell us what you think about what you read in the magazine — we can take it! Write to kasch@mcdaniel.edu or Kim Asch, Managing Editor, The Hill magazine, McDaniel College, 2 College Hill, Westminster, MD 21157.
