Green Terror women golfers combined Sept. 26 to fire a 335 and the team title at the Dickinson Fall Invitational, and Zach Martin, a sophomore on the McDaniel football team, was named the Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week.

In women’s golf action, Morgan Koopman posted a round of 77 Sept. 26 to lead McDaniel to the team title at the Dickinson Fall Invitational. The sophomore finished second overall and was once again the top Division III golfer. The Green Terror combined to fire a 335 for its lowest team score since 2004.

In men’s golf, freshman Kyle Chittim carded a 77 Sept. 25 to lead McDaniel to a sixth-place finish at the Susquehanna Fall Invitational in men's golf action. With the starters off to prepare for the Rehoboth Beach Fall Invitational Sept. 27 hosted by Division I Penn, the Green Terror's B-team combined to shoot a 320, five strokes off the winning round of 315 shot by Manhattan.

In football, sophomore Zach Martin has been named the Centennial Conference (CC) Defensive Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 26. Martin is the fifth Green Terror player this season to be recognized and third straight defender to earn the honor. Dickinson scored a 41-16 Centennial Conference (CC) football victory over McDaniel Sept. 25.

In men’s soccer, Timothy Wineke scored both goals in a 2-0 win Sept. 25 over Ursinus in Centennial Conference (CC) men's soccer action. The team is 1-1 in Centennial Conference play.

In women’s soccer, Becky Newman scored her first collegiate goal Sept. 25 as part of McDaniel's 2-0 win at Bryn Mawr in Centennial Conference (CC) play. The Green Terror (2-2-2, 1-1 CC) tallied a goal in the first 10 minutes of the game and final 17 to even its season record.
