Conference Rooms and Classrooms

As a college campus, conference rooms, classrooms, and lecture halls are our bread and butter. Whether you’re looking for a space to hold a brainstorm session, workshop, guest speaker event, birthday, anniversary, or retirement party, or get your team off-site for a retreat, McDaniel probably has the space you need. A few of our conference rooms are highlighted below, but please don’t hesitate to reach out to see if there is a better space to fit your vision.

Freeman Conference Room

Located on the lower level of the freshly renovated Roj Student Center, the Freeman Conference room is ideal for meetings for a maximum of 20 attendees.

Amenities and features:

Tables (4 feet each, movable to your ideal configuration)
Chairs
Large projection screen
Chalkboard
Smart Box (PC computer with Windows operating system)
Sound system with speakers

Capacity: 20 guests
Uses: Meetings
Rental rate: Starting at $100/hour

Leidy Conference Room

Also located on the lower level of the Roj Student Center, the Leidy Conference room is a great fit for slightly larger meetings or parties for up to 40 attendees.

Uses: Meetings, lunches, parties
Rental rate: Starting at $100/hour

Classrooms and Lecture Halls

Gill Center classroom. — Gill Center classroom

From traditional lecture halls with tiered seating to modern seminar rooms with modular chairs and desks, our classrooms on the Hill can accommodate a variety of small groups for speaking events, meetings, workshops, and more. Classroom rentals start at $100/hour.
