My tenure at McDaniel has always been split between teaching and performing. I firmly believe that one informs the other and that what I learn about life and music on stage helps make me a more informed teacher and director.

I have now been given the opportunity to create a Choir and A capella Ensemble to represent McDaniel and offer students a creative outlet that is unique.

I still maintain an active performance career in Opera, Oratorio, Chamber Music and Contemporary Collaboration. I travel and hope to take the College Choir on tour to various countries soon. Music can offer us so many ways to learn about culture, life and ourselves. It is exciting to imagine the potential moving forward.
